Vale Phoenix is a warm, welcoming residential care home for adults, offering personalised 24‑hour support in a safe and homely environment. We support people living with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, behaviours that challenge and brain injuries, helping each person to live as independently and meaningfully as possible. For nearly 30 years we have proudly supported our residents, building long‑lasting relationships with them and their families. Our specialist staff are fully trained, highly experienced and on hand day and night to provide compassionate care, promote dignity and respect, and ensure that every resident feels valued, listened to and at home.
